applicable fees are as follows: Golf Outing Fee: This year's golf fee of $120 includes a cart, green fees, boxed lunch and beverages at the JW Marriott Wildfire Golf Club—Nick Faldo Championship Golf Course on Monday, June 2. A shotgun start is scheduled at 1:00 PM. Club rentals ($40) and shoe rentals ($20) are available at the golf course for an additional fee. Policy The Nielsen Company reserves the right to cancel and refund any individual Consumer 360 conference registration. The Nielsen Company assumes no liability for individual expenses incurred in the event of cancellation. Program content is subject to change without notice. Golf Cancellation/Refund Policy In case of inclement weather, full refunds will only be given if Wildfire Golf Club management closes the golf course. Hotel Reservations JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa Please make your hotel reservations today! Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-835-6206 in the USA and Canada (or any of the worldwide reservation telephone numbers available on Marriott’s website). Mention that you are attending the Nielsen Consumer 360 Conference for a discounted group rate of $209 per night, plus taxes. The online group discount code: acnacna is already entered in the appropriate field and all you need to do is enter the arrival date to begin the reservation process. An additional charge of $20 per room, per person, will apply for each additional adult. Children age 17 and under stay fee in the same room with parents. The group rate will be extended three days prior to and three days after the conference dates, subject to availability. Please make your hotel reservations by May 8, 2008, to ensure that you will receive the discounted guestroom rate. After this date, room reservations at the discounted guestroom rate will be made on a space-available basis. Please note that the room block usually sells out before the cutoff date; therefore, we strongly encourage you to make your hotel reservations early. A credit card is required with your reservation. No deposit is required at the time of reservation. Guests are responsible for their own guest room, tax and incidental charges upon check-in.
