This year, Coca-Cola celebrates 125 years of “sharing happiness and refreshing the world." Bea will talk about the years ahead for the iconic brand and how it will create its future through innovative approaches to marketing and branding.

The Changing Face of Television

Debra Lee takes us through the innovation required in world of network broadcasting. As the CEO of BET Networks, Debra charts out the challenges of connecting with today’s difficult-to-reach consumer and how through engaging and creative content they are remaking the television experience. She will discuss how this has this translated to value for advertisers by helping to find and reach their most valued consumers.

The Retailer as an Advertiser

Kim Feil, Chief Marketing Officer of Walgreens, is forging a new marketing organization to respond to the evolving needs of Walgreens' customers and pharmacy patients. As part of this change, Walgreens has worked very hard to stretch their former traditional advertising model into a more comprehensive brand strategy. Kim will discuss how Walgreens use a comprehensive creative/media tracking process, which yields significantly improved consumer perceptions and ROI on all fronts.

Consumer 360 is pleased to welcome Malcolm Gladwell back to the stage. This year, he’ll share the spotlight with the provocative Bob Lutz, retired Vice Chairman of General Motors. Among his many accomplishments, Lutz is credited as the early leader in the development of innovative Chevrolet Volt -- the "2011 Car of the Year." Their conversation will explore the intersection of innovation and branding and where it has worked and where it hasn't for GM.
