6:15 PM – 9:30 PM	Welcome Reception— Desert Foothills Cookout Located a few minutes from the hotel, in the breathtaking Sonoran Desert, this venue is the perfect location for a true cowboy feast. You will be in for an unforgettable experience as you enjoy a western cookout. There will be numerous entertainment options; including Bungee Bull riding, and a live western band. Saddle up for this out west adventure! Cowboy attire is recommended (blue jeans, boots, western shirt, bandana and cowboy hat). Buses will begin departures from the resort at 6:15 pm

6:00 PM – 10:00 PM	Dinner Party— The Great Gatsby meets Monte Carlo: White Attire Optional Join us on the Tierra Madre Lawn and we promise to whisk you back to an era when hosting lavish soirees was an art, small talk a skill and correct attire a must. After all cooler minds will prevail at the gambling tables when wearing white. The event will begin with a champagne Reception, continue with a lavish buffet dinner, and then its on to the casino where the conference theme of, “Make It Matter” will be put to the test! Summer white is suggested for tonight’s attire.
